らくがきナイトメア プライバシーポリシー
らくがきナイトメア（以下「本アプリ」）は、平松 享吾（以下「開発者」）が開発・提供する iOS アプリです。本アプリは、個人を特定する情報の収集・保存を行いません。アカウント登録やログインはありません。ゲームの進行状況・設定・プレイの記録は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリが自ら集める情報
ありません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などを本アプリが直接取得することはありません。ゲームの記録（クリアしたページ、コイン、強化、スキン、スコア、今日のチャレンジの記録、プレイの記録など）は端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。これらは各社のポリシーに従い、広告配信・ランキング・課金処理のために一部の情報（広告識別子、端末情報、スコア、購入状況など）を扱う場合があります。
Google AdMob（広告配信）
バナー広告・動画広告の表示のために、広告識別子や端末情報等が利用されることがあります。トラッキングの許可はアプリ内のダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）で選べます。許可しない場合は、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。「報酬コイン 1.5倍＋広告なし」を購入すると広告は表示されなくなります。詳しくは Google のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
Apple Game Center（ランキング）
ランキングに参加すると、スコアと Game Center のニックネームが Apple の Game Center に送られ、ほかのプレイヤーに表示されます。Game Center にサインインしていない場合、スコアは送られません。
Apple App Store / App内課金
App内課金（スキン、報酬コイン 1.5倍＋広告なし、難易度の解放）の購入は Apple が処理します。カード番号などの決済情報を本アプリが受け取ることはありません。
Apple iCloud / CloudKit（みんなのぶき、バージョン 1.2 以降）
「みんなのぶき」で自分の描いた武器を公開すると、描いた絵（画像）・付けた名前・武器の型と性能の数字が Apple の iCloud（CloudKit の公開データベース）に送られ、ほかのプレイヤーに表示されます。氏名・メールアドレス・Apple ID・端末の情報は送られません（投稿者の区別には Apple が付ける匿名の記録 ID が使われます）。公開は任意で、いつでも取り下げられます。ほかの人の投稿は通報・非表示・投稿者のブロックができ、通報が集まった投稿は自動で非表示になり、開発者が確認して削除します。iCloud にサインインしていない場合は閲覧のみできます。
課金について
本アプリの課金はすべて買い切りです。購入・復元は Apple のアカウントを通じて行われます。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することはありません。
ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新等でお知らせします。

Rakugaki Nightmare ("the app") does not collect or store personally identifiable information. There is no account or login. Your game progress, settings and play records are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer.
The app uses Google AdMob for banner and video ads, which may use advertising identifiers and device information; you can decline tracking via the in-app App Tracking Transparency dialog, in which case non-personalized ads are shown. Buying "1.5x coins + no ads" removes ads (Google Privacy Policy). If you take part in rankings, your score and Game Center nickname are sent to Apple Game Center and shown to other players. In-app purchases are processed by Apple; the app never receives payment details. All purchases are one-time and can be restored through your Apple account. If you publish a weapon in "Everyone's Weapons" (version 1.2 and later), the drawing (image), the name you give it and the weapon's type and stat numbers are sent to Apple iCloud (CloudKit public database) and shown to other players; no name, email, Apple ID or device information is sent (an anonymous record ID assigned by Apple distinguishes posters). Publishing is optional and can be withdrawn at any time; other players' posts can be reported, hidden or blocked, and posts that collect reports are hidden automatically and removed after review. Without an iCloud sign-in you can only browse.
